Balcony Refurbishment
On this site this balcony was leaking, with our dye testing technology we located the problem area.
Once we stripped back the balcony furnishings we found the asphalt was failing and the drains was blocked these drains are under paving, all of this was letting water into the building.
We cleaned the balcony flooring in preparation for a liquid membrane. With the membrane down and set we relayed the insulation boards this time we laid them with drainage in mind and created gully's to allow water to escape with ease.
A protective UPVC lining was placed up to the glass all around the balcony this protects the walls from deterioration
Now with everything back in place, the building remains leak free like it should!

Its not loose but has gaps from shrinkage.

The new floor membrane has been laid, the balcony is now watertight.
Here the new side wall protector
has now been placed.
New waterways have been cut into place for better drainage flow.

The balcony is Now Watertight and looking good, Just like it should!!
